Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy and a 15-day exchange policy on all eligible products.

  1. Returns :
  • To initiate a return, contact us via our official email or customer care number within 7 days of delivery.
  • You will receive a 100% refund of your product value in the form of store credits (no deductions).
  • Store credits can be used on any future purchase from our platform and do not expire.
  • Refunds will be processed as store credits within 3 working days of receiving and verifying the returned item.
  • Returned products must be unused, in original packaging (opened is fine, but not discarded), and in resalable condition.

 2.Exchanges:

  • You may request an exchange within 15 days of delivery for any unused product.
  • Exchanges are allowed only for in-stock items and must be of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid if applicable).
  • Our delivery partner will bring the replacement item and collect the original one in a single visit.
  • Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Note: SOLACE reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if the product is used, damaged, or not in its original condition.
